Back the 90’s I coached the only path I had ever known, “I” development power and alternative football. We picked up a tiny shotgun spread deal as an increase to the “I” and we ran a simple base 5-3 on defense. What turned my head far from that “lottery” attitude was that in the league I coached in then, the same clubs with the same instructors gained year in and year out. Some decades these clubs had ability, but the skill levels they’d were very average. Within the organizations that have been constantly earning, there have been particular head instructors within those agencies that always won, no real matter what group they took. Humbly, I stumbled on the final outcome that coaching and system actually mattered in childhood football and I wanted to create some changes.

I’m today along the way of doing research to correct aspects of deficit in our program. I am working to develop better types of speaking with my training staffs.
